Individual Sessions

Location

I currently offer in-person sessions in Upper Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast, BC.

I also offer virtual sessions online via Zoom.

Rates

Individual expressive arts therapy (in-person and online)

  • $120 per 60 minute session

  • $170 per 90 minute session

Sliding Scale: I do not want finances to be a barrier. Please inquire if this may be applicable to you.

Insurance Coverage

I hold a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) designation with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). 

RTC services may be covered by your extended health care plan. Please check with your insurance provider to verify if you have coverage.

If your insurance does not explicitly state coverage for RTC counselling services, it may still be possible that they reimburse on a case by case basis. I encourage you to inquire with your provider and submit a request. 

Direct billing is not available.
